This one reminds me of a semi-lucid dream I once had (probably more than 10 years ago), hence the title.
In this dream there was a high-voltage electric fence that I decided to fly over (when I became aware I could manipulate my actions).
There was a rainbow-colored light-"thing" going on too along the fence and the side behind the fence had green grass and a peaceful atmosphere.
